B2B Sales Associate

The B2B Sales Associate will act as a key account manager for their clients and ensure that client's needs are understood and satisfied.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients, building long-term relationships.
  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities and upsell accessories and devices.
  • Process orders, confirm payments, and coordinate shipping logistics.
  • Handle client complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure a positive resolution.
  • Continuously improve the overall customer experience by gathering feedback.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Associate.
  • Solid understanding of the mobile phone and electronics wholesale market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and present effective solutions to client needs.

Education & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field preferred.
  • Technical: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Excel).
  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales or the electronics industry.
